By C1 Staff REFUGIO COUNTY, Texas — A correctional officer with the Refugio County Jail has been terminated after taking an inmate out of the jail to help run errands and to lunch. The Victoria Advocate reports that George Hernandez was let go under at-will employment according to the Refugio County Sheriff, Robert Bolcik.
